As a Sales Support Executive for our HR Rely team, you will provide practical, procedural and administrative support to the Commercial Leads of the HR Rely team, as well as the wider business development team for this product. 

Acting as a key pivot point for prospects and newly won clients, you will oversee the process of scheduling prospective client appointments and responding to literature requests from prospective clients. As a Sales Support Executive, you will ensure you are always prepared to answer any client questions by maintaining an up-to-date understanding of our product offerings, features and pricing. 

Furthermore, as a Sales Support Executive, you will: 

- Be  responsible for maintaining prospect nurturing lists and prospect/pursuit/opportunity pipelines in our CRM system to help manage the sales pipeline 
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to help win new business and help consolidate commercially viable opportunities
- Address and resolve potential client queries in a professional and timely manner, possessing a sense of urgency in your responsiveness
- Project manage the organisation and execution of promotional events and merchandise management
- Work closely with the Marketing team to build out new initiatives relating to client-facing communications, new marketing channels, marketing content, etc.
- Pull together reports and insight for decision-makers to help drive growth and accurately reflect the department’s performance 
-  Provide support for tasks relating to diary management, travel bookings, event planning, expenses, etc.

About You

What we are looking for from you 

As our Sales Support Executive, it would be great if you have experience of all the duties mentioned in this advert; however, the key thing we look for in our team members is a will to learn and a will to succeed. A flexible approach with a sense of urgency in fulfilling your duties to a high standard is imperative to succeed in this role. 

In addition, the following skills and experience would be highly beneficial to your candidacy for the role: 

- Strong IT skills and understanding, ideally across the Microsoft Office suite and experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems 
- Client-facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to build relationships
- Time management and organisation capabilities to manage your own time as well as support the efficiency of the team at large 
- Practical knowledge and understanding of sales pipelining and sales forecasting principles 
- Willingness to travel to and attend events in support of the team and to help build your network
