Positions are available across all Weightmans office locations, with flexible and hybrid working options available depending on the role.

About You

We're keen to hear from individuals who have experience working within a claims, insurance or litigation environment and who are passionate about delivering excellent client service.

You may have experience in:

Defendant or claimant claims work
Insurance litigation
Personal injury litigation
Motor, fraud, casualty or healthcare claims
File handling and case management
Client relationship management
Negotiation and dispute resolution

We're looking for people who are:

Commercially aware and client focused
Organised and able to manage competing priorities
Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
Collaborative team players
Motivated to learn, develop and progress their careers
Adaptable and open to new technology and innovative ways of working
