About your new role

Please note: These roles are for a September 2026 start. There could be a possibility you could start September 2025 (if you have completed the PEAT 1 by this date, but this will be discussed if you are successful). 
 
You can apply to complete a traineeship in our Glasgow office. Our 24-month training programme will provide you with excellent training and experience across four six-month seats in different areas of the business, which will include the PEAT2 outcomes which are required for your qualification to solicitor. Prior to commencing your training, you will be required to undertake the Professional Education & Training (PEAT1) course.
 
If you successfully gain a position to commence in 2026, and have not yet enrolled on a PEAT1 course, we will fund the cost of postgraduate tuition at the university of your choice.
 
Key Dates 
1st Stage - Application deadline: Thursday 30 January 2025 at 12noon. We are unable to accept applications after this date. 
2nd Stage - Hipo-I (interactive online assessment) 
3rd Stage - Virtual interviews will take place: Week commencing Monday 24 March 2025.
4th Stage - In-person assessment centre: Week commencing Monday 14 April 2025 and  week commencing Monday 21 April 2025 in one of our offices. 
 
Please be aware no other dates are available for our interviews or assessment centres. 

About You
