Corporate / Commercial Lawyer – Dental Sector

Are you a Commercial or Corporate Lawyer with experience advising dental businesses on transactions, growth and regulatory matters? Are you looking to join a market‑leading healthcare team with a strong national reputation?

Weightmans’ Primary Care team is ranked in the legal directories for its healthcare and medical expertise, advising dentists, pharmacy owners and other healthcare professionals across the full lifecycle of their businesses.

We are keen to speak with commercially minded lawyers who have experience in the dental sector, including:

• Corporate and commercial transactions (practice sales, acquisitions, restructures and incorporations)
• Shareholder and partnership arrangements
• Commercial contracts and advisory work
• Supporting dental groups, corporates and individual practitioners
• Advising on growth strategies, investments and exit planning
