Your primary role will be to handle straightforward wages, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, as well as provision of case support to the employment team in Liverpool.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- The opportunity to run your own case load of straightforward wages, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
- Assisting senior fee earners with complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Assisting fee earners with various tasks including general case management, and preparation for court hearings
- Attending client meetings and court hearings to support fee earners
- You will be expected to be able to perform detailed analytical reviews of complex and sensitive materials and evidence
- You will be expected to respond promptly and accurately to correspondence and telephone enquiries from client and other parties, with and without supervision
- Achieving set financial and chargeable targets
