We are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant to join our Healthcare team.
As an Administration Assistant you will be report to your Support Team Manager and you will play an integral role in the efficient running of the team. You will assist the case handlers in the team by carrying out general case and file management duties, including tasks such as:
- Opening new files including performing necessary checks and set up etc.
- General file maintenance
- Closing files and archiving
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, shredding
- Processing of incoming post via FlowMatrix, to include extraction of key dates
- Electronic Filing – it is important to be familiar with the set up of files and be consistent and accurate when filing all information – as per MatterSphere system
- Comply with all data security procedures, at all times
- Keep all file information updated – associates / MI / key dates
- Processing medical records – to include requested DPA checks
- Adhere to the service levels within the team and ensure work is completed within these levels
- Liaise with the other support team members to effectively manage workload
- Be responsible for own training needs and keep up to date with all training opportunities
- Provide assistance in the billing process and other admin duties as and when necessary
- Resolve minor IT problems and have proficient knowledge of Microsoft and MatterSphere
- Finance related queries/billing etc
Please note the working hours for this role is 11am-7pm
