About your new role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to support generating new business leads
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and assess client needs before handing over to sector specialists or legal experts
  • Research key market segments and maintain a strong understanding of client pain points and legal challenges
  • Book meetings, demos, and discovery calls for senior stakeholders and legal service leads
  • Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM and support with lead pipeline reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with outreach activity and client acquisition goals
  • Support with feedback from the market to refine go-to-market messaging and propositions
  • Contribute to cross-selling initiatives and help promote legal tech products and managed legal services

Reporting and measurement

  • Objectives and key responsibilities to ensure validity of products, working with parameters
  • Continual development / mentoring is part of this role
  • General activity and productivity will be rewarded with an agreed bonus scheme

 

Other responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product team to get the assistance you need to sell technical products and demonstrate products to clients.
  • Support Marketing team to develop assets and messaging.

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to speak to senior stakeholders
  • Good collaborator
  • Highly motivated, target-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with Hybrid work environment
  • Commercially aware
  • Self starter, driven, using own initiative
  • Understand sales from customer perspective
  • Resilience – able to deal with knock backs
  • Experience in legal services, managed services, compliance is desirable
  • Experience in regulatory sectors (e.g: law , financial services, healthcare, transport) is advantageous
