We are looking for candidates with previous experience working in a Paralegal role and a genuine interest in developing their career within this area of law.
While experience in clinical negligence or healthcare law would be advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with strong transferable paralegal experience who are keen to learn and develop in this field.
You will also demonstrate:
- An understanding of litigation processes (knowledge of CPR would be beneficial)
- The ability to work to strict deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Experience working to client service standards and KPIs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and flexible approach to your work
