Weightmans is seeking an exceptional Partner to join our thriving Motor Claims practice. This is a multi‑disciplined role offering the chance to shape strategy, influence decision‑making, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and service your own caseload and client portfolio, ensuring excellence in delivery.
• Play a pivotal role in the Motor Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction and innovation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Provide Insight through articles and training
• Mentor and inspire colleagues, helping to build the next generation of talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in motor claims litigation work.
• Existing Caseload
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior level.
• Commercial acumen and a client‑focused mindset.
• Enthusiasm for shaping the future of motor claims services.
