Employment paralegal

We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Employment team in Liverpool.  The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing support to case handlers.

Main duties and responsibilities

 Assisting case handlers and other team members with progressing employment tribunal claims, including:

You will have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work.
We also require you to have/be:

• Be a team player
• Be able to show initiative and be self-motivated when required to work on own
• Be comfortable and confident using the telephone
• Have strong organisational and communication skills
• Have the ability to prioritise tasks and your workload
• Have good housekeeping skills
• A “hands on” approach to work
• Good technical IT skills
