Casualty - Solicitor, Associate , Senior Associate – All locations considered

About your new role

We have a number of opportunities available to join our growing national Casualty team. We are seeking ambitious and talented qualified Solicitors, Associates and Senior Associates to support a diverse caseload of casualty matters while contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.

This role offers exposure to high-quality work, a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across the insurance sector. Whether you are looking to take the next step in your career or further develop your expertise within casualty litigation, this is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of casualty claims and litigation matters.
Deliver commercially focused legal advice to a broad client base.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Support business development and networking initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues across the national Claims business.
Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
Ensure excellent client service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You

We are interested in hearing from qualified candidates at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level who can demonstrate:

Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
Experience in casualty, personal injury, defendant insurance litigation or related areas.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive and collaborative approach.
Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.
