About your new role

Do you want to work for an award winning ESG team? A team where we celebrate excellence, innovation and leadership in environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and risk management.

Weightmans is looking for a driven and analytical ESG Consultant to support clients in navigating the rapidly evolving sustainability and regulatory landscape. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical ESG expertise with commercial thinking and wants to work at the intersection of sustainability, finance and regulation.

You’ll support a diverse portfolio of clients to develop credible ESG strategies, manage climate‑related risks and meet emerging disclosure requirements—while also contributing to the growth of our ESG services and supporting the firm’s own sustainability initiatives.

This is a Hybrid role and base location could be any of the Weightmans Offices.

What you’ll do

  • Support the development and delivery of ESG and sustainability strategies, including materiality assessments and roadmaps
  • Advise clients on ESG best practice, emerging trends and regulatory requirements
  • Support sustainability and climate reporting across frameworks such as TCFD, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2 and UK SRS
  • Contribute to climate risk assessments, scenario analysis and resilience planning
  • Translate complex technical insights into clear, practical advice for clients
